Volunteering, Sharing Supplies,  and Work Exchange

This event is organized by
community members, musicians, and culture bearers
for the community. 

There are so many ways to ... Get Involved! 


  • Registered participants are welcome to volunteer to support the event.
  • Work Exchange Volunteers can receive event registration in exchange for working a Volunteer Shift. Four hour shift = free tent camping and event registration for the full weekend event. 
  • ​Please 1) check for openings and schedule your shift  & 2) fill out the volunteer form to register as a volunteer. 
  • There are a limited number of volunteer slots on Sign-Up Genius. Volunteer slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. The deadline for volunteer registration is Dec 20, 2024. Please register by then so that we can make sure that we have enough volunteers for the event.  There may  be an online volunteer meeting the week of January 13-17, to provide you with information and orient you to the event.   • Volunteer Krewes: 1) Set-up Krewe 2)  Hospitality Krewe, 2 people per shift:  Welcome, Parking, Registration, Information, First Aid Kit, Camp Store, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Trash, Recycling, Compost, etc.  3) Take Down Krewe
